ETOPBUY s.r.o., located at Stará Vajnorská 11/A, 831 04 Bratislava, ID: 47 726 008, included in the Commercial Register of Bratislava I District Court, Section: Sro, Insert No. 98221/B (hereinafter referred to as “seller”) in accordance with Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, and Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection and amendment of the Slovak National Council. Act No. 372/1990 Coll. on Offences, as amended, publishes the returns policy. This returns policy governs the conditions and procedures for receiving and handling complaints on goods purchased on the online JUSTPLAY store. The purchaser is a consumer or natural/legal person – an entrepreneur who concluded a Contract on Goods Purchase with the seller (hereinafter referred to as "purchaser").
The length of the warranty period is 24 months. The warranty period begins from the receipt of goods by the purchaser. This is the period during which the product should maintain its quality, utility and aesthetic parameters. The warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects. Error means a deficiency on the goods restricting or preventing their further use. The warranty period should not be confused with the lifetime of the product, i.e. period during which the product may endure under proper use and care, given its characteristics, the purpose and differences in the intensity of its use. The warranty does not cover:
The purchaser enforces the return at the seller’s headquarters. The goods must be delivered to the seller’s address in person to the SISSIA store, Stará Vajnorská 11/A, Bratislava or by mail to the address of seller written in the first sentence of this document. We recommend that you insure the goods. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments. The seller has the duty to assess eligibility and resolve the complaint within a statutory period, i.e. within 30 days from the date of application. If the reason for the complaint and the method of its solving is complex and requires more than 30 days, the seller is obliged to immediately inform the purchaser about this fact. The purchaser will be informed about the outcome of the returns procedure immediately after the decision on the claim’s eligibility by telephone or other means, and simultaneously the returns protocol will be delivered via email or by registered mail. In the case of a recognized complaint the seller provides a warranty repair or replacement of the goods or refunds the purchase price always by mutual agreement with the purchaser; if the complaint is unrecognized, the purchaser is returned the goods together with a written statement. The purchaser is obliged to submit the claimed goods complete and clean. Otherwise, the seller is entitled to reject the complaint. If the goods are replaced, the warranty period shall begin to run again from the date of the new product’s acceptance. If a part of the product is replaced - components to which the warranty was granted - the same applies. After the warranty period the right to claim goods defects expires. Wear characteristic of the material or use is not considered a defect, only manufacturing defects are recognized. It is therefore essential to follow the guidelines listed below.
A. directly at the SISSIA store, Bratislava:
1. Along with the claimed product, the purchaser shall submit:
a) confirmation of purchase (invoice); if it is a repeated return of the same product, submit the previous returns record
2. The seller shall draw up a returns protocol that includes:
a) the name and address of the purchaser
b) order number, product name, its code and price, date of purchase, respectively the receipt/order execution
c) description of deficiency - the reason for the claim
d) the date when the claim was applied
e) the date by which the claim will be resolved
f) the protocol also includes a confirmation of purchase.
The seller confirms the acceptance of this document and the product for the claim in a drawn up complaint record.
3. The original returns certificate will be handed to the purchaser; a copy stays with the seller.
B. by mail:
Please include the completed return form (pdf to download) with the product. In the case of product return in 14 days from day of purchase, use this return form (pdf to download), please. Do not send the goods as cash-on-delivery; the package will be returned to you.
1. In the case of a removable defect, the seller will have the goods repaired at their own expense.
2. If the defect is irreparable, i.e. the extent of the damage is such that it is impossible to fix it without any visible defect, or if repair costs exceed the cost of the product, the seller may:
a) exchange the product for the same unused product, or
b) return the money to the purchaser’s bank account, i.e. withdraw from the contract – in cases, when
- defect in the product cannot be removed and prevents its further use
- if it is three times in succession the same correctable error repeated in the same product
- or if the warranty claim was not resolved at the legal maximum period of 30 days and an extended period of resolving the claim was not agreed with the purchaser.
In the case of a justified complaint and agreement on the refund of the purchase price, the money is remitted within 15 working days. When returning the entire order, the purchaser is also entitled to a refund of postage (if they are actually paid it with the given order).
3. If the purchaser requests a discount, the claim can be resolved with its provision. Discount for goods is provided if these are irremovable defects which do not prevent the proper use of goods according to their purpose. In determining the amount of the discount the scope of errors on the claimed goods is taken into account.
This Returns Policy shall enter into force on the date of its publication on www.justplay.sk. Seller reserves the right to amend, change, or update this returns policy at any time.
1. Taking Care of Clothes and Warranty Conditions
Clothing should be cleaned regularly, according to the proposed treatment symbols sewn onto each piece of clothing. Treat, however, contaminated clothing as soon as possible, because over time, dirt, exposed to weather conditions, is fixed to the substrate.
Dry damp or wet clothing before storing it best at room temperature and in sufficiently ventilated areas. If you are storing clothing for a longer period, make sure that the clothes are clean and protected with products against moths. Do not iron dirty clothing. Ironing fixes many impurities (spots) so that they are then unrecoverable.
The inappropriate hanging of knitted items can cause clothes to change shape. Without knowing about the properties of substances and detergents, the use of various domestic stain removers can cause irreparable damage, for example, discoloration or fixing of impurities to the substrate. In this case, we recommend professional laundering at dry cleaners. When removing stains we do not recommend using nail polish remover. Do not apply deodorant on clothing (especially silk and strongly colored). Put on the clothing after the deodorant dries.
The warranty does not cover:
The aesthetic and functional changes of goods and components originating in wear from use during the warranty period.
Wear caused by incorrect selection and use.
Wear due to non-compliance with the principles of expediency, the recommended method of treatment and maintenance.
Mechanical damage (torn, punctured with a sharp object).
Impairment of linings with sweat.
Damage to goods under the action of chemicals and other aggressive substances.
Possible deficiencies due to excessive wear cannot be a reason for later return.
2. Taking Care of Bijou Jewelry and Warranty Conditions
Bijou is a fashion accessory for casual wear; it doesn’t have the same characteristics as gold, silver, platinum or diamond. The advantage is the always attractive design at a price lower compared to precious metals. However, it has a shorter life as well. Take off the jewelry whenever you come into contact with water (even when washing your hands). Since this is fashion jewelry, products are not intended for continuous wear. Perfumes, hair sprays and soaps are chemicals that degrade your jewelry. Therefore, put it on as the last accessory.
The warranty covers:
Manufacturing and material defects. A defect means a deficiency on the goods restricting or preventing their further use, however, if the cause of the condition was not the wear of goods, intentional or unintentional damage, or the neglect of basic maintenance rules.
The warranty does not cover:
Defects caused by normal wear, misuse, negligence, accident (tear, breakage, scratching), and attempted repairs are not covered by the warranty.
